Delete your account

How to permanently delete your Memorion account and all associated data.

You can delete your Memorion account at any time. There are two ways: from inside the app (instant), or by emailing us (within 30 days).

1. From within the app (recommended)

Open the Memorion app
Sign in with your account
Tap the Settings tab (bottom right)
Scroll down to the Danger zone section
Tap Delete account
Confirm by typing DELETE

Your account and all associated data are removed immediately and permanently.

2. By email (if you can't access the app)

Send an email to [email protected] from the address registered with your Memorion account, with the subject:

Subject: Delete my Memorion account

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask follow-up questions to confirm the request comes from the account owner.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your name and email
Your password hash
Your profile picture URL (if set)
All game scores, time records, and best scores
All play history and daily play counters
Your app preferences (sound, vibration, language, notifications)
Your RevenueCat customer ID link

What is retained (and why)

For legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, we may retain a limited set of records even after deletion:

Subscription receipts — kept by Apple App Store / Google Play and by RevenueCat per their own retention policies. Required for tax and accounting compliance.
Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics — game-level counts and averages with no link to your identity, used for product improvement.

All personally identifiable information is removed. Anything retained cannot be tied back to you.
