Terms of Use

Memorion is a cognitive training app developed by Zevora, Inc. It offers 35 mini-games designed to exercise working memory, attention, processing speed, logical reasoning, cognitive flexibility, visual perception, language, and motor coordination.

Memorion is an entertainment and mental exercise tool. It is not a medical product, does not diagnose clinical conditions, and does not replace professional healthcare advice.

You must be 13 years of age or older to use Memorion. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Each account is personal and non-transferable — account sharing is not permitted
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Zevora may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) at the price shown in the store at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. To cancel, go to your device's subscription management settings — cancellation stops future renewals but Premium access continues until the end of the paid period.

Zevora reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Pricing in effect at the time of your subscription renewal applies to that renewal cycle.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Zevora has no control over third-party refund decisions.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app or its underlying code
• Use bots, scripts, or any automation to play games or manipulate scores
• Attempt to circumvent the free-tier play limit by technical or other means
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Share your account credentials with other users
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Zevora's systems
• Attempt to access other users' data or internal systems

All content in Memorion — including games, design, text, sounds, icons, and code — is owned by Zevora, Inc. and protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

Memorion is provided "as is." We may, at any time and without prior notice:

• Add, modify, or remove games and features
• Perform maintenance that causes temporary unavailability
• Discontinue the service with reasonable notice to users

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation on all devices.

Memorion provides mental exercise activities informed by cognitive training research. However, Zevora makes no guarantee of improvement in specific cognitive abilities, academic performance, professional outcomes, or any other measurable benefit from using the app.

Users with neurological, psychiatric, or other clinical conditions should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the app as any form of supplemental therapy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEVORA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZEVORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of data resulting from technical failures or user-initiated deletion
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEVORA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZEVORA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zevora, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

If you are located in the EU or UK, you may also have the right to bring claims before your local courts under consumer protection laws that cannot be contractually waived.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Zevora may immediately suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms without obligation to refund unused Premium periods. Upon termination, your license to use the app ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
